I will share the main conclusions that I managed to formulate and write down:
- There will be modular housing construction!
- A guarantee fund is required.
- High-quality and fast service.
- Standardization is the key to quality.
- Selling through views.
- A manufacturer will not be able to make a quality product if he does not install and service the built houses.
- Mandatory warehouse of components and "don't waste" consumables on installers and service technicians.
- Definitely OTC.
- In CRM there are photos of all stages of production, installation and service work (if any).
- If an employee is guilty, we do not punish him, but figure out why this happened and eliminate all the reasons.
- If an employee deliberately messes up or steals, he is immediately fired.
- One team manufactures and installs, a calm leader.
- We grow employees from within in an incubator.
- A knowledge base on YouTube is a must.
- There is a need for an association of manufacturers of modular houses, which will ensure protection and development.
- Large customers are tourist sites.

Hello colleagues! I think it was the furthest for us to get from Vladivostok. But the status and importance of the event attended erased all boundaries and obstacles.
I am very grateful to the guys for the invitation - Dinar and Niyaz. As they say, I've been planning it for a long time, and now it has come true.
I myself am an ASG engineer. In architecture, construction and real estate since university. They have their own companies - a design bureau and a small construction company.
Recently, after the construction of 12 residential modules on the seashore, one local investor became interested in the topic of producing modular buildings in a workshop. Like-minded people appeared 😅.
A year ago I even started building a workshop that could house such production. Here in Vladivostok.
The event opened the curtain, helped structure my thoughts, and convinced me that I was moving in the right direction.
Artemy has an incredibly cool case, thank you for your frankness, for the simplicity and ease of presentation of the material.
